This 11% ABV vintage ale presents an intricate sensory profile where sharp, clean lactic acidity meets the deep, vinous character of red wine. Expect a sophisticated interplay of tart apple and lemon esters alongside rich notes of toasted oak and dark fruit derived from the Merlot casks.
