Spontan gæring, tålmodig modning på egetræsfade og fortsat udvikling i flasken resulterer i en markant kompleks øl.

Ikke to aftapninger er ens, da der er flere variabler i blandingsprocessen, en række forskellige fadestørrelser og -former, forskelle i lagret lambic-proportioner osv.

Denne cuvée er ligesom al deres lambic 100 % naturlig, autentisk, spontangæret , og udformet med fast overholdelse af traditionen, ligesom Armand og Gaston Debelder altid har gjort det.

Denne geuze har gæret i flasken og vil fortsætte med at udvikle sin smag og aroma i løbet af sin lange levetid, når den er korrekt kældret.

Spontaneous fermentation, patient maturation in oak barrels, and continued evolution in the bottle result in a distinctively complex beer. No two bottlings are alike, as there are multiple variables in the blending process, a variety of barrel sizes and shapes, differences in aged lambic proportions, etc. This cuvée, like all of our lambic, is 100% natural, authentic, spontaneously fermented, and crafted with steadfast adherence to tradition, like Armand and Gaston Debelder have always done it.
