Dutch Bargain Fresh Hopped Chinook

De verse hop is weer geoogst en bij Dutch Bargain hebben ze zichzelf dit seizoen echt overtroffen. Voor wie denkt dat hop gewoon hop is, wacht maar tot je deze dorstlesser proeft. In plaats van de gebruikelijke, gedroogde hop hebben ze de meest verse hopbellen gebruikt, geplukt bij Hoppecruyt. De Chinook en Sorachi Ace hoppen zorgen voor een dichte mist van tropisch fruit en dat typische ‘dankness’-aroma.

FRESH HOPS!

Harvest time again. Which means we have the ability to use the hops fresh and unkilned. Offcourse we get them as close to home as possible. Just an hour drive into Belgium’s Hopfarm Hoppecruyt we found a lovely batch of one of our all time favourite hops, Chinook and Sorachi Ace. We took the opportunity the brew our biggest hopped beer ever, coming in with a whopping 600 gr/ l! Thats at least 20x more hop than our biggest hopped beer to date. Allthough it’s wet hop, It will still punch a pack of dankness into the fruity palate aswell.

We wish you could have smelled the brewery on this specific brewing day. At least you can still smell the fresh hoppy aromas in the beer! Drink it at fresh as you can get! Because hop fades fast.
