Bland De Blancs 375ml - Ale fermented in wine barrels with California Chardonnay Grapes. Blanc de Blancs started as a Biere de Champagne malt bill that was fermented in Chardonnay barrels with Missouri grown Chardonnel grapes. The native Missouri microflora that was present on the grapes provide the sour depth and funky complexity of this wild ale! Blend #2

Marietta Ave 750ml - Wine Barrel Aged Farmhouse Pale Ale. Side Projects Farmhouse Pale Ale that was fermented in and aged in French Oak Puncheons with Belgian Saison yeast and a blend of soft Brettanomyces strains. It was brewed with floral and citrusy American hops and naturally conditioned in the bottle for several months! Blend #4

Merci 750ml - Blended Missouri Wild Ale. Merci was blended for our friend Paul Hayden at The Wine and Cheese Place in St. Louis. We would like to say Merci for all his support of Side Project Brewing by releasing Blend #4, a blend of our Fuzzy Base, a 2 year old Missouri Wild Ale, our Terry Foedre and Oude Ferminer. Blend #4

Saison du Blé 750ml - Wine barrel aged Missouri Wheat Saison. The harmony of a fluffy Wheat Saison and a tart, Missouri Saison. The wheat balances a very dry body with a creamy, billowy mouthfeel, and Side Projects local microflora adds complexity and acidity. This Saison was aged in Chardonnay barrels and an American Oak Foedre for several months before being naturally conditioned in this bottle! Blend #6.

A la Table 750ml - Oak Aged Missouri Farmhouse Ale. Inspired by the classic Saisons of the past, meant to be shared at the Table with family and friends. Traditionally brewed to be low in alcohol and extremely refreshing, this inspired Saison was brewed with airy and fluffy malt bill and fermented with Missouri yeast and bacteria and our house Saison blend before being aged in Missouri oak for several months and then being naturally conditioned in the bottle! Blend #1.

Le Saisonnier 750ml - Named after the seasonal workers for which the first, old-world Saisons were originally brewed. Amber in color and fermented in and aged in Chardonnay barrels with a blend of yeast and bacteria, Le Saisonnier is bright, balanced and refreshing! Blend #3.
