The master brewer brews the beer and realizes the fermentation in Belgium. Then the traditional "remuage" and "disgorgement" takes place in France. Now a high-quality and very original product is created! This Deus, Brut des Flandres has a golden color in a glass with a sparkling character with fine bubbles. It has a very airy and volatile head.
In the nose, the Déus has floral and herbal aromas with citrus and yeast notes. A hint of caramel recalls the presence of barley malt. On the palate, the fine bubbles burst with the spicy taste of the yeast, accompanied by fruit and malt notes. Serve very cold (2°C - 4°C) and pour gently into the glass, whistle or chalice.

Deus, Brut des Flandres is a Belgian beer of high fermentation.
The beer has been brewed since 2002 in Brouwerij Bosteels in Buggenhout. It is a straw blonde sparkling beer with an alcohol percentage of 11.5%. It gets a finish according to the traditional method after the normal brewing process. The beer is brewed, stored and bottled in the brewery. Then the bottles are transported to France for a first maturation and long after-fermentation in the bottle. This is followed by the clearance or remuage. The bottles are slanted downwards with the neck so that the yeast can collect in the bottleneck. Then follows the fermentation or dégorgement. The yeast is removed from the bottle by freezing the bottle neck. Due to the pressure in the bottle, the frozen yeast plug is forcefully expelled.
