Cerveza es una mezcla de una cerveza de edad madura y una cerveza ligera más joven que produce una cerveza muy característica, de color oscuro, aroma a madera y malta tostada y complejo sabor con toques a café, malta, caramelo y cítricos.Posee un buen equilbrio entre el amargo y el dulce.

De color rojizo transparente, con espuma consistente y duradera. Aroma y sabor tostado y a caramelo con notas de frutos del bosque, amargor moderado.

Las ales tradicionalmente se caracterizan por un dulzor dominante, The Porterhouse ha querido equilibrar su red ale con una selección de diferentes tipos de malta y lúpulos dando un resultado mas complejo en aromas y sabores, empezando con un sabor afrutado y acabando en un amargor refrescante y suave.

Not only did crew from BrewDog Aberdeen assist in the brewing of this beer for #Collabfest2017 - but it came out on top as the winner, beating 33 other beers for that top spot!

Together they brewed up a super-imperial version of Fierce Beer’s session chocolate - Moose Mousse. They used the best Colombian Cacao and Madagascan Vanilla. It drinks really well at room temp, chilled, or with an ice cream float.
