A solid and expressive brown ale, Barbãr Botha’s inherited its original recipe, based on malt, soft wheat and honey, from its famous big sister.

A solid and expressive brown ale, Barbãr Bok’s inherited its original recipe, based on malt, soft wheat and honey, from its famous big sister. With its honeyed and spiced nose, it strongly resembles Barbãr, but with fruit, malt and chocolate notes. A decided and slightly acid attack gives way at once to a malted, chocolate flavour. It is fairly high in alcohol, but without exaggeration. The finish is long, fruity, slightly piquant and without a bitter aftertaste. Barbãr Bok is uniquely complex and is a fine tasting beer particularly appreciated in winter.

Heredera de la receta original de la Barbar blonde de siempre y solo se produce en los meses de invierno, desde octubre a febrero.

Presenta sabores a caramelo, especias y por supuesto a miel y evoluciona durante el tiempo de su consumo una gama muy amplia de aromas sorprendentes.

Tiene características similares a la Barbar reforzados con sabor a fruta, malta y chocolate. Su ataque decidido y ligeramente ácido da paso inmediatamente a notas de malta y chocolate. El grado alcohólico está presente pero no es exagerado. El final es largo, afrutado, ligeramente picante y sin post amargor.

Colour and appearance: a pale blonde colour and fine creamy-white head which clings to the glass.

Flavour: A pleasant sparkling carbonate content produces a soft, full taste perception. The aroma is very balanced with a fruity, flowery background and an initial Chardonnay impression which evolves into a spicy, mild aroma of hops.

Taste: Full-bodied and balanced with fruity tones of apple and Chardonnay grapes. Deliria has a fine, mild bitterness in its aftertaste and a splendid, round feel in the mouth which evolves well.

Special beer brewed once a year to mark International Women’s Day.

La cerveza fabricada por mujeres. Cerveza lager, con una segunda fermentación en botella. Esta cerveza se caracteriza su color rubio ligero y su cremosidad. La espuma es blanca y fina y sabores que se equilibran con sabor a fruta y recuerdos florales evolucionando hacia hacia aromas picantes, por su poco lúpulo.

El sabor es muy sencillo y equilibrado, con toques de manzana y uva chardonnay. En boca es redonda, con una hermosa evolución y una amargura fina y ligera después de su apertura.
