Boston Lager

Since 1984, Samuel Adams Boston Lager has used the world’s finest hand-selected ingredients to create a perfectly balanced and complex original brew. So, why change a classic? The recipe hasn’t changed. Boston Lager Remastered still uses Koch’s great-great grandfather’s mid-19th century original recipe but has evolved the process to reduce filtration, incorporating a traditional German practice of biological acidification while dropping the roughness from the husks of the barley. The result is a brighter, easier-drinking beer that leaves a little more sparkle in every glass.

Boston Lager Remastered is easier-drinking and more refreshing than ever before. Its classic complex-yet-balanced flavor profile features a backbone of caramel and toffee malt notes and a distinct noble hop character with hints of pine and citrus for a crisp finish.

La Samuel Adams Boston Lager tiene un color dorado ambarino intenso con una pequeña capa de espuma blanca.

Predomina ligeramente el lúpulo aunque encontramos aromas complejos florales, cítricos y a pino. En la boca es equilibrada, el sabor es pleno y dulce con notas a caramelo, malta tostada y un agradable amargor que nos lleva a un final ligeramente seco.

Acompaña a platos cuyo ingrediente principal es el pato o el conejo.

Negra Modelo, mejor conocida como "La crema de la cerveza", es una cerveza tipo Munich con 5.3º de alcohol que ofrece un sabor equilibrado y un delicado aroma a malta oscura, caramelo y lúpulo.

Notas de sabor a caramelo y nueces, Negra Modelo es una cerveza que tiene un sabor agradable a malta.

Hoy ocupa el primer lugar en ventas entre cervezas oscuras en México. Esta cerveza va acompañada de un brillante color ámbar profundo, que se engalana con una abundante, blanca y compacta espuma; es la cerveza ideal para ocasiones especiales por su sabor único.

Negra Modelo se introdujo en México en 1925 como la cerveza oscura que llevaba el nombre Modelo, para comenzar su gran tradición. En 2014 cambió su imagen a una botella de más sofisticada pero con el mismo contenido, bajo el slogan "Nueva imagen, misma Negra".

In the late 1800’s when Brooklyn was one of the largest brewing centers in the country, lager beer in the “Vienna” style was one of the local favorites. Brooklyn Lager is a direct descendant of the Vienna style, displaying an amber-gold color and a firm malt center supported by refreshing bitterness and a floral hop aroma that give way to smooth caramel malts in the finish.

The aromatic qualities of the beer are enhanced by dry hopping, the addition of fresh hops as the beer undergoes its long, cold maturation. The result is a wonderfully flavorful beer: smooth, refreshing and very versatile with food.
