Saltus Aztikeri

Indian Pale Ale

De color dorado tirando a cobrizo, espuma blanca de gran retención. Elaborada únicamente con lúpulos de Queen Country Hop Farm, Olite. Se trata de una cerveza muy ligera, de baja graduación alcohólica, con sabores y aromas a pino, resina y pomelo, redondeados por una base muy presente de malta. Estos aromas los aporta el lúpulo Cascade cultivado en Olite.

Urre kolorekoa kobre ñabardurekin, apar zuri iraunkorra duena. Oliteko Queen Country Hop Farm-eko lupuluekin soilik ekoiztua. Gorputz arineko eta graduazio txikiko garagardoa da, maltaren presentziaz borobildutako pinu, erretxina eta pomelo usain eta zaporeduna. Usain horiek Oliten ekoiztutako Cascade lupuluak ematen dizkiona.

Stonefruit IPA

Pump Action Poet is loaded with stonefruit and tropical flavour – aromas of juicy peach, apricot and nectarine, pineapple and mango - all piled on biscuity malt. Hopped with Citra, Amarillo and Simcoe and brewed with added wheat and oats, this super smooth IPA has a balanced bitterness and a full-bodied mellow malt base. The addition of peach and apricot enhances the flavours of stonefruit naturally present in some of our favourite US hops, and adds a subtle tart edge to offset the intense juicy fruit character.

The second small-batch can release of 2017 is a locked-and-loaded salvo of flavour for the summer.

Aspecte vermellós i lleugerament tèrbol. Alc. 6,8% vol. - 75 IBU - 20% malta de sègol. Llúpols mosaic, amarillo, cascade i centennial.
