Las Kolsch son cervezas con denominación de origen. Sólo las producidas en la ciudad de Colonia y alrededores, bajo estrictos controles de calidad y elaboración, pueden llamarse así.

De color pálido, con tonos dorados claros y un burbujeo muy fino. Sabor suave, con un fino aroma afrutado agradable al paladar, con un toque seco al final. Muy bebible y refrescante.

Color dorado pálido, totalmente transparente y con bastante burbuja. Aroma intenso y puro a maíz y tequila. En boca es dulce, toques a limones frescos recién cortados notas a cereales, malta y maíz. Muy refrescante.
