Pilsner Urquell

This legendary pale Pilsen lager has become a legend amongst beers, and has created a completely new category of beer (Pils, Pilsner). Neither the recipe nor the brewing process has changed since it was first made in 1842. The skill of the Pilsen brewers has meant that its quality and flavour have stayed the same, too. This is proven by regular laboratory comparisons, the oldest of which dates back to 1897.

The secret behind the taste of this legendary bottom-fermented lager with an alcohol content of 4.4% lies mainly in its premium quality ingredients along with the preservation of the original production process. The beer acquires its characteristic aroma of malt grains and a balanced caramel taste through triple mashing, while the soft Pilsen water lends it a unique delicate taste and the Žatec hops its velvety bitterness. The malt itself gives the beer a golden color.

La cerveza de bodega es una cerveza fresca que permite apreciar las propiedades de la cerveza recién hecha y que mantiene los niveles de carbónico de nuestras bodegas. Es una cerveza natural y con cuerpo que no genera sensación de saciedad.

Cerveza fresca y natural.

La frescura de esta cerveza se deba fundamentalmente a la ausencia de pasteurización. Esta es una de sus principales particularidades y que la diferencia inequívocamente de la cerveza envasada en botella, lata o barril.

Cerveza recién hecha.

La cervecera de bodega se conserva en perfectas condiciones sin necesidad de pasteurización, ya que en todo su ciclo se mantiene la cadena de frío.

Cerveza que no entra en contacto con ningún gas.

Tanto durante el transporte en cisterna como en su conservación en los tanques de las cervecerías, la cerveza está contenida en una bolsa estéril de un solo uso que permite que se mantenga siempre en las mismas condiciones de temperatura y presión. Esto hace que el punto de carbónico con el que sale de las bodegas de Hijos de Rivera se conserve constante durante todo su consumo.
