Easy Jack came about when Brewmaster Matt Brynildson went to the mountain top and returned with a vision for a diﬀerent kind of Session IPA, one that would be brewed and dry hopped with a globetrotting selection of newer hop varieties from Germany, New Zealand and North America. He foresaw a beer that would deliver massive hop aromas, surprising dimension, a signature malt balance and an empty glass before you knew what hit you. And so the newest member of our Jack IPA family was born.

Ms. Scarlett 2018 Edition

Ms. Scarlett is a more one for one interpretation – we just can’t see red without tasting the thick vegetal notes of a Bloody Mary. The result is a complex, tart, mosaic IPA with smoky undertones. Pouring a deep light red, Ms. Scarlett opens with a savory nose of earthy tomato juice, underpinned by subtle smoky, spicy notes from the chipotle and black pepper. It is well balanced with a bitter tail from the mosaic. Earthy, smoky, vegetal and slightly bitter. The best parts of a Bloody Mary in a 6% beer.
