Blonde with copper reflections, topped with a generous head, Hopus derives from a secret batch brewed for the marriage of Paul Lefebvre. It has a unique and original nose, a blend ofvegetal, citrus and fruit notes. The attack is bold, with an intense bitterness accompanied by a plethora of hopped notes. On the palate, the fruity top-fermented aromas and the malted flavours perfectly balance the initial taste without masking it. The bitter aftertaste is persistent but not disturbing, powerful but not overwhelming, elegant but not opulent…in short, the perfect preparation for the next mouthful. Drink very cold as an aperitif with crisps and pickles, as an accompaniment to a spicy dish or as an after-dinner digestive.

De color amarillo pálido, y de aspecto turbio. La corona de espuma formada en vaso en el momento de servirla es amplia, densa y generosa.

Aromas: Influencia de los lúpulos que forman parte de la composición de la cerveza. Abundan las notas florales y herbáceas. También se detectan suavamente notas de especias y levaduras.

Sabor y textura: Se trata de una cerveza robusta con cuerpo, con fuerza, de densa textura Notablemente carbonatada, resulta algo seca. El sabor está marcado fuertemente por el alto y variado contenido en lúpulo, y el regusto resulta profundamente amargo por este motivo.

Kapittel Blond - Watou

Kapittel Blond is een zacht blond bier van hoge gisting met nagisting op de fles. De smaak start met een lichte zoetzure toets, waarop een zachte fruitsmaak met een hint van citrus en sinaas volgt. De lichte afdronk, gecombineerd met het sprankelende parelen van de koolzuur, zorgt voor een gebalanceerde verfrissing.

Kapittel Blond is a mild blond high-fermentation beer with secondary fermentation in the bottle. It has a slightly sweet and sour attack, with a mildly fruity palate and hints of citrus and orange. The light finish, combined with the tingle of the carbonation, combines to create a balanced thirst-quenching and refreshing ale.

La Kapittel Blond es la variedad rubia ligera de la gama Kapittel. De color se acerca al color de una pils pero tiene una capa de espuma mucho más cremosa que una pils, por su segunda fermentación.

Suaves aromas de especias y lúpulo nos preparan para un sabor más pronunciado y picante, con referencias a cilantro, lúpulo, nuez moscada y curasao, acabando en un amargor agradable.

La Kapittel Blond acompaña bien a todo tipo de ave : pollo, pato y codorniz preferentemente asado y bien condimentado !!
