Apple / Pomme

Making apple beer goes back to ancestral tradition. The Celts drank it in abundance during their harvest festivals. All we have done is extend the pleasure to the present day by adding the juice of several varieties of apples to our delicious lambic. The tasting experience, which is quite exceptional, combines the sweetness of cider with the sourness characteristic of lambic. The Americans are crazy about it, which is why they say, "An apple a day keeps the doctor away".

Esta deliciosa cerveza tiene un aroma a manzanas frescas que se funde de una forma magistral con el complejo sabor del lambic. Es suave, ligera y con un impresionante sabor a manzanas verdes.

Lindemans GingerGueuze

Rompiendo los moldes sobre los estilos de cerveza existentes, Lindemans desarrolla las lámbicas botánicas, una colección de viejas gueuzes con una vuelta de tuerca. La tercera gama que aparece es GingerGueuze, un blend de lámbicas viejas de 12 meses con otras de entre 2 y 3 años, fermentadas en barricas con jengibre fresco. Su color dorado y la combinación de la sutil acidez lámbica con los sabores característicos del jengibre, la convierte en una cerveza ideal como aperitivo y maridaje con cocina oriental.
