A cidery beer, mostly sour and dry. Aromas of sherry, wood, leather and ripe fruit. Ripe fruits, funky, lactic and a little bit of wood in taste. Overall a very good beer that can be paired with some slices of goat cheese, seafood, a risotto or any type of strong flavored meat like duck, lamb and bushmeat.
