Elaborada a base de malta Pale Ale obtenemos una cerveza típicamente inglesa, tanto en su elaboración como en sus sabores.

De color rojizo e intenso sabor a grano, tiene una carbonatación ligera.Su característica más destacable es el ligero sabor ahumado.

Es una cerveza con mucha personalidad e intensidad.

En esta DIPA está todo el lúpulo habido y por haber de Bru1, Ekuanot, Azacca, Citra, Mosaic y Simcoe destacando aromas y sabores afrutados y citricos en dos enormes dryhopping de 24g/L y fermentándolo con la levadura Lallemand New England para el toque de frutas de hueso.

We threw everything but the kitchen sink in on this DIPA featuring fruity and citrusy hops; Bru1, Ekuanot, Azacca, Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe at a huge 24g/L during the dry hop and fermented it on Lallemand New England yeast for its stone fruit and estery flavours and aromas.
