Most elaborat amb cinc tipus d’ordi maltejat. blat d´ordi torrefactat i un tipus de llúpol en flor. Mitjançant tres addicions de Ilúpol Archer en coccló, aconseguim l´amargor, el sabor I l’aroma, generant 47 IBU.

Aquest most es transformat en cervesa amb una fermentació alta. tipus Ale. Amb això volem transmetre la nostra propia interpretació del estll English Brown Ale. D’alcohol baix, amargor marcat i notes de cafè i cacau.
