Bush Ambree

Introduced in 1933 under the name of “Bush Beer”, this is one of the oldest specialty beers in Belgium and the flagship brand of the Dubuisson Brasserie.

The Bush Caractère is a filtered, top-fermented beer made from malt, hops, natural sugars, water from the brewery’s own underground source and an exclusive house yeast that has been cultivated for 80 years.

The pronounced bitter-sweet taste of this beer, its gentle taste structure and characteristic amber colour are all due to the caramel malts used and the expertise and patience of the master brewer (the beer rests for four to six weeks). The high density – the proportion of malt – and the active house yeast make for one of the strongest Belgian beers, with an alcohol volume of 12%.

La Bush Ambrée con su profundo color de fuego, conseguido por el uso de malta caramelizada, es con su 12 % de alcohol la cerveza belga más fuerte.

Su creación como cerveza de tipo inglés pero al estilo belga ( más fuerte ) explica su alta fermentación, sus aromas y su amargor pronunciado combinado con el dulzor de su alta graduación.

Por su alto contenido de alcohol es una cerveza de copa, más que para acompañar a comida recomendada como un coñac acompañando a un buen habano.

Bush Pêche Mel

Cerveza especial belga, ambarina, 8,5 % de alcohol, de alta fermentación y aromatizada con extractos naturales de melocotón. Pêche Mel Bush es algo exclusivo en el mundo de la cerveza: los extractos naturales de los melocotones.

Los aromas naturales de la fruta armonizan de manera extraordinaria con el amargor original de la Bush Ambrée, resultando en una experiencia sorprendente y armoniosa en boca.

Con su 8,5 % alc. Vol es la cerveza afrutada más fuerte del mercado y como tal completamente diferente . Carácter fuerte, sabor suave. Lógicamente armoniza muy bien con este postre, pero también se puede consumir como copa para aquellos que les gusta el licor drambuie.
