Lupulus Hibernatus is a dark ale, brewed with torrified barley to give a grainy flavour and creamy body. The brewers add a pinch of cinnamon at the end of the boiling phase, to give this dark ale a hint of warming spice.  Lupulus Hibernatus pours a rich dark brown colour with a creamy tan head.
