Oerbier Special Reserva 2017 – De Dolle
Brewed from 3 different malts this is a very special beer that is both dark and a little sour.
The more you age this beer the more the yeast takes hold so if you can resist leaving one in a dark place for 6 months or more, you will be rewarded with evolving flavours over time.
It starts rich and funky and ages into a mellow sour and nutty taste. The Special Reserva edition is aged in Bordeaux barrels and is produced annually by this wonderful little brewery.
