Desde 2015, a Boon Brewery lança aproximadamente todos os anos uma nova e especial edição da mistura Oude Geuze Boon Black Label. Estas edições distintas apresentam um sabor altamente original, com um corpo pleno e um final seco.
“A primeira edição da Oude Geuze Boon Black Label foi lançada em 2015, para celebrar o 40.º aniversário da Boon Brewery. Esta cerveja especial é produzida com uma seleção de cervejas Lambic provenientes dos nossos foeders (barris de madeira) que apresentam os níveis mais elevados de fermentação. Isto significa que quase todos os açúcares fermentáveis presentes nesses barris de carvalho foram transformados. Após esta fermentação, a Black Label amadurece durante pelo menos mais um ano nas nossas caves antes de deixar a cervejeira.”
O elevado nível de fermentação torna a Oude Geuze Boon Black Label extra seca. No entanto, a cerveja mantém um corpo muito pleno graças aos aromas gerados pelas leveduras selvagens. Como este tipo especial de Oude Geuze Boon é sempre muito bem recebido, a cervejeira lança uma nova edição quase todos os anos, permitindo que existam várias edições disponíveis para desfrutar.

Cada novo blend da Oude Geuze Boon Black Label recebe um número de edição diferente, o que torna cada edição única. Todas as edições Black Label combinam um final seco com uma sensação de corpo pleno. Contudo, as várias edições apresentam muitas diferenças aromáticas.
Armazenamento e Serviço Armazene num local escuro, à temperatura de cave. Sirva a 14°C num copo tradicional de Geuze Boon ou num copo de degustação de cerveja.

Oude Geuze Boon Black Label n°9 es una joya de la tradición cervecera belga, elaborada por Brouwerij Boon, reconocida por su maestría en cervezas Lambic y Geuze. Esta edición especial número 9 destaca por su perfil seco, efervescente y balanceado, fruto de la mezcla de lambics envejecidos durante 1, 2 y 3 años en barricas de roble.
De color dorado pajizo con una espuma fina y persistente, ofrece aromas intensos a manzana verde, cítricos, cuero y levaduras salvajes (Brettanomyces). En boca, presenta una acidez brillante y refrescante con un final largo y seco, típico de las mejores gueuze tradicionales.
Su carbonatación natural la hace perfecta para maridar con quesos maduros, mariscos o platos grasos, donde su acidez limpia el paladar. La serie Black Label de Boon se caracteriza por su enfoque más seco y burbujeante, ideal para quienes buscan la máxima expresión del estilo Oude Geuze.

A special new and unique Oude Geuze Boon blend has been released roughly every year since 2015. These different Black Label editions each have a highly original flavour with true fullness of body and a dry finish. We launched the first edition of our Oude Geuze Boon Black Label in 2015 on the occasion of Boon Brewery's 40th anniversary. We make this special beer with a selection of Lambic beers from our foeders with the highest level of fermentation. This means that almost all fermentable sugars in those oak barrels have been fermented. Our Black Label then matures for at least another year in our cellars before it is allowed to leave the brewery. The very high level of fermentation makes Oude Geuze Boon Black Label extra dry. The beer is also very full-bodied thanks to the aromas generated by the wild yeasts. Because this special type of Oude Geuze Boon is always quite popular, we release a new edition roughly each year. This means there are now several editions to be enjoyed.
