Desde 2015, a Boon Brewery lança aproximadamente todos os anos uma nova e especial edição da mistura Oude Geuze Boon Black Label. Estas edições distintas apresentam um sabor altamente original, com um corpo pleno e um final seco.

“A primeira edição da Oude Geuze Boon Black Label foi lançada em 2015, para celebrar o 40.º aniversário da Boon Brewery. Esta cerveja especial é produzida com uma seleção de cervejas Lambic provenientes dos nossos foeders (barris de madeira) que apresentam os níveis mais elevados de fermentação. Isto significa que quase todos os açúcares fermentáveis presentes nesses barris de carvalho foram transformados. Após esta fermentação, a Black Label amadurece durante pelo menos mais um ano nas nossas caves antes de deixar a cervejeira.”

O elevado nível de fermentação torna a Oude Geuze Boon Black Label extra seca. No entanto, a cerveja mantém um corpo muito pleno graças aos aromas gerados pelas leveduras selvagens. Como este tipo especial de Oude Geuze Boon é sempre muito popular, a cervejeira lança uma nova edição quase todos os anos, permitindo que existam várias edições disponíveis para desfrutar.

Desde a primeira edição Black Label, lançada em 2015 para celebrar o 40.º aniversário da Brouwerij Boon, esta série tornou-se um marco entre os apreciadores de Oude Geuze. Cada nova edição traz diferenças subtis e características únicas. A N°9 distingue-se pelos seus aromas cítricos frescos, equilíbrio elegante e brilho encantador – uma interpretação suave, mas expressiva, da clássica Oude Geuze Boon Black Label. Copo recomendado

Para apreciar plenamente esta cerveja, recomenda-se o uso de um copo de vinho branco ou um copo específico para gueuze, que realça os seus aromas e bolhas elegantes, proporcionando uma experiência de degustação completa.

Cada novo blend da Oude Geuze Boon Black Label recebe um número de edição diferente, o que torna cada edição única. Todas as edições Black Label combinam um final seco com uma sensação de corpo pleno. Contudo, as várias edições apresentam muitas diferenças aromáticas.

Armazenamento e Serviço Armazene num local escuro, à temperatura de cave. Sirva a 14°C num copo tradicional de Geuze Boon ou num copo de degustação de cerveja.

Oude Geuze Boon Black Label Edition N°10 is een assemblage van één, twee en drie jaar oude, op eikenvaten gerijpte lambiek. De botteling gebeurde vervolgens op 23 februari 2024. De lambiek assemblage hebben we op dergelijke wijze samengesteld om een Oude Geuze te bekomen met een zo droog mogelijke afdronk waarbij tegelijk ook de volmondigheid zeer groot is. Typisch aan deze Edition N°10 zijn verder ook de zacht-zurige toetsen van citrus, het aangenaam malse karakter alsook de sterke sprankeling. Oude Geuze Boon Black Label is een perfect voorbeeld van hoe we deze grenzen opzoeken en verleggen. Dergelijke droge afdronk en volmondigheid samen brengen is een grote uitdaging. Maar het resultaat is een aangename, complexe en goed gebalanceerde Oude Geuze.

Drie jaar oude, op eiken vaten gerijpte lambiekbieren gaan een succesvolle verbintenis aan. Dit is een zalig huwelijk met een zachte en volmondige smaak. Een huwelijk dat nog beter wordt met de jaren.Geuze Mariage Parfait is een traditioneel lambiekbier van spontane gisting. Dit bier wordt voor het grootste deel geassembleerd uit 3 jaar oude, op eiken vaten gerijpte lambiek. De allerfijnste lambiek dus, die gerijpt heeft op de allerbeste vaten in de brouwerij.De vaten die lambiek voor Geuze Mariage Parfait kunnen leveren, zijn niet toevallig ook de oudste van de brouwerij. Gebouwd tussen 1883 en 1914, zijn ze intussen al meer dan 100 jaar in dienst als echte lambiek-foeders. De microflora aan wilde gisten in de wand van de houten vaten is zo oud als de vaten zelf: dankzij de unieke evolutie ervan ontstaat de meest malse en fijne lambiek.Vintage
Het brouwjaar op het halsetiket van Geuze Mariage Parfait verwijst naar het jaar waarin de 3 jaar oude lambiek uit de assemblage werd gebrouwen.Smaak
Geuze Mariage Parfait smaakt heel zacht en volmondig. Je proeft vooral toetsen van citrus (pompelmoes, limoen), houtaroma’s (vanille, kruidnagel, eik) en fenolische componenten die verwijzen naar whisky. Malse wijnzuren en de smaak van jonge appels ronden zijn smaak mooi af. Je kunt Geuze Mariage Parfait overigens gerust een tijdje in de kelder bewaren: na enkele jaren zal hij je aangenaam verrassen.Schenken aan 14°C in het traditionele Geuze Boon-glas of in een degustatieglas.

Riportiamo di seguito la descrizione del birrificio: "Questa decima edizione di Oude Geuze Boon Black Label segna due traguardi speciali: 10 anni di Black Label Oude Geuze e – forse ancora più significativo – l'inizio del nostro anno celebrativo nel 2025, quando la nostra birreria festeggerà il 50° anniversario. Oude Geuze Boon Black Label Edizione N°10 è una miscela di lambic di uno, due e tre anni, invecchiato in botti di rovere e imbottigliato il 23 febbraio 2024. Abbiamo creato con cura questa miscela di lambic per ottenere una Oude Geuze con una finitura eccezionalmente secca, mantenendo un carattere corposo. Unica in questa Edizione N°10 sono le note morbide e acide di agrumi, una piacevole levigatezza e una forte effervescenza. Oude Geuze Boon Black Label è un perfetto esempio del nostro impegno nel superare i limiti. Riuscire a ottenere sia una finitura secca che una sensazione in bocca corposa è una vera sfida, ma il risultato è una Oude Geuze deliziosa, complessa e ben equilibrata."

Lambic beer is a rare beer style in the world, characterized by spontaneous fermentation in wooden barrels, using wild yeast that can only be found around the Zenne River flowing southwest of Brussels, Belgium. The regular Boon Oude Geuze is a blend of the one hand lambic beer that has aged for two years, and on the other hand very young lambic.
Boon Brewery celebrated its 40th anniversary with the launch of a new Oude Geuze in 2015. This time, three kinds of matured lambic (1 year, 2 years, 3 years old lambic) were used. This Geuze has a very dry taste, full body, and an exquisitely balanced acidity that matches the sparkling feel. It was named Boon Geuze Black Label.

Each year, Boon Brewery produces a new of beer in the Black Label series. Years of tradition, experience and know-how have allowed the brewery to develop new flavors of beer, but all black label beers have a common taste of dry flavor and full-bodied aftertaste.
This festive 10th edition celebrates also celebrates the 50th anniversary of the brewery. This lambic blend of 1, 2 and 3 years old lambic as carefully crafted to create an Oude Geuze with an exceptionally dry finish while maintaining a full-bodied character. Unique to this 10th edition are the soft, sour notes of citrus, a pleasant smoothness, and a strong sparkle.
