A blend of Huldenberg-grown and hand-picked blackberries macerated for almost four months in very old lambic.

This blends consists for more than 20% of three-year-old and 60% of four-year-old lambics, bringing the weighted average age upon bottling to more than 31 months.

The final fruit intensity is 360 grams of blackberries per litre of finished Braam. 100% 3 Fonteinen.
