We're not here for green salad with the So Ce Hamburger?, a double IPA hopped with Citra, Galaxy & Hallertau Blanc hops. Beneath its pale haze, we find notes of citrus and candied tropical fruits that will make you wonder who puts marmalade in their burger?! In the mouth, when we told you that we weren't there for the salad, it shows, with a green side that's quite absent! Everything is followed by a creamy texture and aromas as fruity as on the nose. “So this hamburger?” This burger is delicious, that's what it is!
