Un peu comme un groupe de rock, la brasserie Indépendante Sainte Crucienne , c’est l’histoire d’une bande de potes un peu bourrés, totalement idéalistes et surtout qui désirent changer le monde. Alors comme nous n’avions pas vraiment de talents musicaux, nous avons décidé d’exprimer nos revendications à travers un style bien particulier : le brassage de bières artisanales complètement barrées qui provoquent une explosion de sensations à chaque gorgée.
Nous militons avec acharnement pour convertir chaque buveur de bière industrielle en accroc des saveurs, junkie du houblon et assoiffé de bière indépendante. Alors comme les groupes de rock, tout commence dans un garage avec du matos un peu ‘’pourave’’, mais ce n’est que le commencement…
