Pour slowly in 2 dry flute glasses without disturbing the yeast sediment in the bottle and enjoy this epitome of traditional Lambic brewing. The end result is a refined combination containing the fruitiness of lime zest and tangerine, smooth vanilla, slightly tart, palate refreshing acidity and a warming mouthfeel. Boon Geuze Mariage Parfait is unsweetened, unfiltered and unpasteurized. To complete the perfect marriage, it is bottle conditioned and can be stored up to 20 years. “Oude Geuze” is a name protected by the EU, which guarantees high quality.

Taste: 3 year old Lambiek tastes very special, especially citrus notes (grapefruit, lemoen), wood flavors (vanilla, clove, oak), and phenolic compounds that refer to whiskey, are the dominant features. Wine acids and the taste of young apples round off the whole.

At Boon, it’s all about balance, so in order to provide the Old Style Geuze Mariage Parfait with enough body to withstand the abundance in different flavors, the especially brewed Lambics have a high degree of fermentation resulting in an alcoholic content of 8% Alc.Vol.

Pour slowly in 2 dry flute glasses without disturbing the yeast sediment in the bottle and enjoy this epitome of traditional Lambic brewing. The end result is a refined combination containing the fruitiness of lime zest and tangerine, smooth vanilla, slightly tart, palate refreshing acidity and a warming mouthfeel. Geuze Mariage Parfait is a traditional unsweetened, unfiltered Oude Geuze from Lembeek. Once a year at Brouwerij Boon a mixture is made of several large barrels Lambiek of 3 years old. This Lambic is specially brewed and has a high degree of fermentation. This gives a special “Oude Geuze” of 8 Vol. After a maturation of 6 to 12 months in the bottle.
“Oude Geuze” is a name protected by the EU, which guarantees high quality.
Taste: 3 year old Lambiek tastes very special, especially citrus notes (grapefruit, lemoen), wood flavors (vanilla, clove, oak), and phenolic compounds that refer to whiskey, are the dominant features. Wine acids and the taste of young apples round off the whole.
