Bellwoods Brewery Barn Owl (No. 23)

A blend of pale ales aged in American oak foeders, and refermented on two varieties of peaches. It’s intensely sour, with powerful tropical fruit aromatics, and zippy notes of fuzzy peach.Barn Owl is a series of one-off creations that are released sporadically throughout the year, just as soon as Bellwoods deem the barrels ripe for the picking.
