Hemos elaborado la cerveza sobre un complejo grist de maltas extra pale, avena en copos, trigo (tanto crudo como malteado) y malta de cebada chit. Como ves es todo muy turbio.

Para los aromas, establecimos una base tropical fundamental con lúpulos Amarillo y Sabro en el whirlpool, que luego amplificamos con un certero dry-hop de Mosaic, Galaxy y Enigma. ¿Enigma? Sí, el nombre lo dice todo.

We brewed this beer on a complex grist of extra pale, flaked oats, raw and malted wheat, and chit barley malts. As you can see, it’s all very hazy.

For the aromas, we laid a foundational tropical base with Amarillo and Sabro hops in the whirlpool, which we then amplified with a dry-hop of Mosaic, Galaxy, and Enigma. Enigma? Yeah, the name says it all.

Ireki Conspiracy Theory eta dastatu egia bere hortan: filtratu gabeko Basqueland-en Hazy IPA. Ona izateaz gain, hipertropikala da! Marakuiaz eta ananaz aromas lepo, fruitu gorrien ukituari esker aho bete hortz utziko zaitu.
