The thing is that Freddy and Falco had very different personalities, paired with terribly strong tempers. So, they would not only often argue verbally, but sometimes even fight physically. Although getting the right punch in could be difficult. At some point they had had enough and booked a flight to Thailand where a local surgeon claimed he could separate them. Halfway, he had to give up, though, leaving them with a forever huge scar right down between them. But when Christmas was approaching the tensions between the twins always faded, because loving Christmas was the one thing they could agree on. And every year the posh department store ‘Ballantynes of Christchurch’ would hire them as the world’s only Siamese Santa. And the kids loved them, as they were given double the attention and double promises of Christmas gifts.
